Privacy Policy and Terms of Conditions

Dance World Cup UK Ltd is a qualifier competition organiser for Dance World Cup and World Dance Challenge.

To allow us to run the Qualifier heats we need to ask you - the Dance School Principal - for information, including personal data. This information is collected through our Qualifier entry registration system. This information will be used for the administration and organisation of the Qualifier Heat and to contact you with any further details or updates regarding your entry. The Qualifier must be entered by a DanceTeacher/Principal not individual entries from parents/carers.

We will ask for the following information when you complete the online entry form:

PRIVACY POLICY

Dance School Name, Dance Teachers Name, address of dance school, contact numbers and email for the Dance School.

Dancers Names and dates of birth for their membership.

We will provide all or part of competitors information to the following organisations

Dance World Cup Ltd for the dancers memberships we send dancers first and surname and date of birth and for the results sent we send only first names and no dates of birth on the results forms.

We will ensure that these third parties have privacy policies compliant with GDPR regulations.

We will never sell or share your data for marketing or other purposes.

Dance Schools send in videos of dances on a USB - these are returned after the Qualifier heat to each Dance School - the information is not stored. Dance School entry forms are stored for a period of time until after the Dance World Cup Finals each year.

Our website contains links to external websites. Please note that this privacy policy applies to Dance World Cup UK Ltd ONLY. You should check the privacy policy of any other websites that you visit.

When you subscribe to our mailing list, we will ask for your name and email address and will send you regular news and updates about the Dance World Cup UK Qualifier throughout the year. You can unsubscribe from this at any time at no cost.

Access to your information is limited to the Company Director. We store your information electronically in our customer database for newsletters via Mailchimp. Dance World Cup uK Ltd is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data and to ask us to amend or to delete your data. A small administration fee will be payable for this. If you have any queries about our handling of your
